The benefits of strength in any martial art or sport is obvious. However, flexibility, your ability to move your muscles with fluidity and a degree of relaxation and correct breathing are skills that are often forgotten about and under trained. The connection and union yoga creates between one’s body and mind is amazing and extremely beneficial to any person. We are so excited to have our new yoga instructor, Christina, on our team! She is now teaching a Yoga class Dojo Style, every Friday from 6pm-7pm! It will combine power yoga and deep stretch movements with influence from various yoga and martial arts styles.
